Czar Ice Bar is worth going to, if only to get a good look at the décor—which gives a Hollywood spin to imagined old-timey Russia, the sort of stylish space in which you might reasonably expect to watch Keira Knightly waltz. Featuring vodka and sushi, the impressive menu is not suited to those who find it difficult to make a decision: The “Build Your Own Vodka Flight” section alone offers 330,791,175 possibilities. Our advice: Skip well-known brands and try something new, such as four seasonal infusions served in a block of ice. Ditto goes for food. Sushi fans, prepare to feast: Czar Ice Bar is home to Chef Saito, Georgia’s only Master Sushi Chef. His dishes will win over even folks who think they don’t like sushi. Time permitting, he charmingly mingles around the dining room, soliciting feedback and offering recommendations. Whatever he sends to your table, savor.
