New Orleans, Louisiana hosts Emeril Lagasse’s 21 Plus event.

Chef and culinary personality Emeril Lagasse puts on an extravagant showdown of gourmet Southern favorites at his annual signature Boudin, Bourbon & Beer event in New Orleans, Louisiana, on November 13, 2015.

Boudin, Bourbon & Beer puts Louisiana’s favorite artisanal sausage–boudin–center stage along with top culinary talent.

A night dedicated to celebrating culinary traditions of the South, the event brings together more than 50 of the country’s best chefs to create their own one-of-a-kind Louisiana-inspired boudin dishes. Some of the country’s most prominent chefs, including Cory Bahr, Jeff Henderson, Justin Devillier, Kristen Essig, John Currence, Chris Shepherd, and more, will join Emeril Lagasse along with honorary co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Mario Batali.

21 Plus Salute!

Open exclusively to adults age 21 and older, the event features open bars stocked with a variety of craft brews from Abita Beer, bourbon cocktails from Buffalo Trace, and cigar tastings from Nat Sherman. Live musical entertainment plays throughout the night.

Now in its fifth year, Boudin, Bourbon & Beer is a prime event destination for epicurean travelers, craft beer lovers and bourbon enthusiasts alike. Tickets are $99 and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.

The unique event is part of Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s annual two-night signature fundraising weekend that has raised over $20 million for children’s charities since 2005.
