Celebrating 10 years in Atlanta, Georgia, the Candler Park Music + Food Festival returns on Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2, 2018, with incredible artists including Gov’t Mule, Lettuce, Houndmouth, Keller Williams’ PettyGrass featuring The HillBenders, SUSTO, Twiddle, Larkin Poe, Busty & The Bass, and Webster.
Sponsored by Athens-based Terrapin Beer Co., the two-day event is packed with live music, food and local artisans for an entertaining experience.
New this year is The Terrapin Beer Co. Battle of the Bands where you can catch a preview of the fun-filled weekend on Friday, May 11. During the Battle of the Bands, musical performers will compete for the chance to perform during the opening slot on Friday, June 1.
During the two day festival, as music fills the air you can also experience a food village filled with local restaurant vendors and food trucks, an artist market, adult field games, a craft cocktail bar, and the exclusive Terrapin Brew Lounge complete with an expanded selection of rare Terrapin craft brews.
Gates open at 4 p.m. on Friday, June 1 and at Noon on Saturday, June 2. Weekend ticket prices are $30 for general admission and $80 for VIP access (prices increase May 29). Advance purchase is highly recommended at candlerparkmusicfestival.com.
Although children are welcome to attend the festival, the VIP ticket is exclusive to adults age 21 and older. 21 Plus Salute! Only VIP ticket holders can access a reserved viewing area with private bar service, special drink pricing, exclusive restroom trailers, complimentary bottled Fontis Water, complimentary koozies, and access to Terrapin’s Tap-a-Keg Happy Hour that features $5 drafts of exclusive keg taps at 5 p.m. both Friday and Saturday.
