Conner Prairie’s adults-only culinary series returns
Conner Prairie Interactive History Park isn’t just for kids. Prairie Plates, a series of adults-only events, explores foods of yesteryear with special programming that serves culinary history as the main course. The park’s second installment of Prairie Plates kicks off in April. The 2015 lineup includes an Old World four-course culinary experience featuring James Beard award nominee David Tallent, a Native American small plates extravaganza with Cerulean Executive Chef Alan Sternberg and a gourmet brunch with ingredients sourced no further than 100 miles of Conner Prairie.
Hamilton County food tours unite 21+ foodies
Food fanatics and curious epicureans can now experience up to four restaurants in one night with Indie Indy Foodie Tours. A luxury motor coach chauffeurs guests to local restaurants in Fishers, Noblesville or Carmel for a gourmet four-course meal with chef creations and the best in beer and wine tastings.
Craft beer goes cinematic

The venue will feature stadium seating “dining rooms” outfitted with server alert buttons for refills without interrupting the movie. The Carmel theater will be the company’s third location nationwide and the only location east of the Mississippi river.
Art of Wine to return in 2015

More than 15 participating wineries will offer tastings throughout the district for just $15 per person. Live music will set the tone for an evening of “wining and dining” as well as boutique shopping and gallery browsing.
