You are what you eat. And when you eat meat, you are what that animal ate, too. So, before slicing into a steak or biting into a burger, it makes sense to consider the cow’s diet.

Happily grazing in sunny pastures is how we like to imagine cows live before getting to our plates. But is that often the case? In Georgia, yes.
