Enjoy cooking school and wine weekends in Darby, Montana

Culinary lessons from leading chefs, wine tastings with vintners and Western hospitality are on offer at Montana’s Triple Creek Ranch, voted the World’s Best Hotel in the Travel + Leisure 2014 World’s Best Awards.

In January 2015, Triple Creek Ranch will debut its new Cooking School Vintner Weekends, which combine the best elements of the popular Cooking School Weekends and Vintner Weekends. Guests will have an opportunity to enjoy ranch activities alongside legendary vintners in a relaxed atmosphere, developing culinary and oenological expertise at the Relais & Châteaux sanctuary that was ranked one of the Top 100 on Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2014. All of these lively and enriching food and wine weekend activities are included in the nightly cabin rate at Triple Creek Ranch.

Executive Chef Jacob Leatherman, who cooked for a sold-out crowd at New York’s James Beard Foundation in 2013, is celebrating his 10th anniversary at the helm of the Triple Creek Ranch kitchen. Trained in classical French cuisine, Chef Leatherman and his team will work with cooks of all levels and teach new techniques and recipes in a friendly and relaxed kitchen environment during the Cooking School sessions. Chef Leatherman will be joined by Sommelier Jeremy White, who oversees the wine cellar at Triple Creek Ranch, which was recently awarded its 10th Wine Spectator Award and third “Best of” Award.
